This heavy-duty armored cable from the LWL-PRO series was specially developed for high transmission rates and minimal attenuation. The steel-reinforced fiber optic cable offers optimal protection against damage and is particularly suitable for demanding applications in events, military, and industrial settings. The black sheathing ensures discreet installations. Removable protective sleeves with a convenient pull-in aid facilitate disassembly and allow for the transmission of up to 8 LC fibers. Single-mode and multimode fibers and various cable lengths are available from stock. The LWL-PRO series guarantees maximum reliability even under the most extreme conditions. This special fiber optic cable is reinforced with aramid fibers, easily withstanding high tensile loads. With a diameter of only 5 mm, it remains extremely flexible and can be easily wound onto drums. The durable PUR cable jacket ensures a long service life and makes the cable particularly resistant to external influences. It is both crush-resistant and resistant to vehicle runs. Furthermore, thanks to its robust properties, the cable is ideally suited for outdoor use.
